The project involves constructing a 63 km long and 7 m wide road, consisting of a 7 m wide hot asphalt layer, in addition to 1.5 m wide layers on both sides outside urban areas and 3 m wide layers on both sides within urban areas, a crushed stone base layer (0/31.5), and a laterite sub-base layer. It also includes the construction of two bridges, 40 m and 80 m long, as well as some infrastructure works and lighting for the villages along the road.
