Dar Al Hedaya Mosque is the first of the new projects that the Arab Contractors Company plans to implement for its return to the Ghanaian market.
The project is built on an area of 7,200m2 and consists of a main mosque that accommodate 1,500 worshipers, a special section for women, 4 minarets with a height of 60 meters inspired by the Fatimid style, 25 domes, a multi-purpose building that includes 2 halls for events, an educational school that can accommodate about 300 students, a school for memorizing the Holy Quran and teaching of the Islamic religion. It will be equipped with elevators and escalators to provide comfort and ease of movement for worshipers and visitors. It includes 2 underground floors, used as a garage with a total capacity of 200 cars.
It is worth mentioning that the Arab Contractors carried out the renovation and expansion works of Accra and Kumasi stadiums, and built the "Winneba" road linking the capital to the city of Takoradi on the western coast of Ghana, besides the design-build of two ferries to improve the river transport at Volta Lake.
