The total area of the city is 51 feddans. It includes a central complex for courts (a special building for each of the Court of Cassation, the Supreme Constitutional Court, and the State Council), and a special building for each of the various judicial bodies.
The project consists of a basement, a ground floor, and 5 typical floors with a total area of 62.21 thousand m2, and the total quantities of concrete for the project amount to 50.000 m3.
