Project Description:
The project involves the construction and finishing of two buildingswithin the university campus — the Faculty of International Legal Transactions andBusiness Administration and the Faculty of Engineering,Computers, and Information Technology.
Each building has a total area of 6,000 m² and a built-up area (B.U.A)of 24,000m².
The Faculty of International Legal Transactions andBusiness Administration building consists of four floors,comprising numerous classrooms, lecture halls, laboratories, auditoriums, acentral library, and administrative offices.
The Faculty of Engineering, Computers, and InformationTechnology building also consists of four floors,including central workshops, production workshops, computer laboratories,lecture auditoriums, multiple classrooms, and administrative offices.
Both buildings are equipped with modern systemsdesigned according to the latest standards, including audio systems, low-currentsystems, central clock systems, lighting systems, CCTV surveillance, air-conditioning,fire-fighting, and fire alarm systems.
Theproject also includes the construction of the university’s external boundarywall, with a total length of 4,088 linear meters,as well as fivemain gates.
