The restoration and renovation project of Granada archaeological building. It is within the framework of Cairo governorate to regain the Egyptian capital to its distinguished architectural heritage and attract tourism after years of deterioration.
The total area of the project reached 11000m2; 3700m2 of it dedicated for the buildings area.
The total cost of the project is 37.2million EGP approx.
the development phases includes the renew of the lighting and sewage networks, the redesigning of the exterior fence to be in accordance with the originality of the building and enable to see it from distance. Besides, the restoration of the domes and the external hall which damaged due to neglecting.
