The project is built on an area of ??21,000 m2 in the Southern Investors Area in the Fifth Settlement. It is a (commercial and administrative) building consisting of a basement, ground floor, first and second floors, and service rooms on the roof. It contains shops and kiosks distributed in the corridors, a supermarket, open areas for restaurants and cafes, a patio area used as a distinctive internal space for cafes, and a live music deck area with a panoramic elevator and escalators to move between floors easily and enjoy the aesthetic view inside. It also includes a cinema area with 6 cinemas and cafes. The building also contains administrative offices and their services, warehouses for the commercial center and supermarket, and a car garage. The roof contains service rooms, open terraces, and cafes. The mall has two main entrances, one from the front street in front of the American University and the other from the back street from inside the residential complex, in addition to the garage entrances.
