The Fatima Ash-Shaqra Mosque in Cairo is an ancient mosque built by Rashid al-Din al-Baha’i in the year (873 AH / 1468 AD) during the reign of the Mamluk Sultan Qaytbay, and it was renovated by Lady Fatima al-Shaqra in the Ottoman era. The minaret of the mosque was exposed to cracks, which required its dismantling and rebuilding again, and the Arab Contractors Company, with its great experience in implementing these projects, as required by the work, and used all its capabilities to work, as the stones were numbered, documented, dismantled, restored and rebuilt again without changing any One of them is a stone, which is considered a great achievement in addition to the company’s achievements in the field of preserving Egyptian antiquities. The process of restoring and strengthening the minaret of the mosque took two years.
