The first phase of Al Mostakbal Water Station in Ismailia is built on an area of 11 feddan with a total value of LE 300 million, which serves more than 150 thousand people.
The station aims to supply and serve 7 areas, including Al Mostakbal City, the security forces complex, the educational complex, the industrial zone, the investment zone, and a number of areas on the 36th Military Road.
The production capacity of the first phase is estimated at about 400 litres/second, equivalent to 34000 m3/day. The works include the intake, which contains 4 main pumps with a discharge of 220 litres/second and an 18-meter lift for each pump, and the main purification station, which includes a distribution well and 2 circular filters, a filter building, and a ground tank with a capacity of 7500 m. The water is delivered to the consumer via filter pumps consisting of 4 horizontal pumps with a discharge of 200 liters/second and a 60-meter lift for each pump.
The second phase of the project aims to reach a total discharge capacity of 800 liters/second, equivalent to 68000 m3/day.
