"Civil works"
The civil works involves the construction of 4 complex blocks of A (3Nos building), B (3Nos buildings), C (5Nos building) and D (2Nos building) measuring a total floor area of approximately 11,500m2. external works comprises of over 1200m2 walkway, over 2000m of kerbs, fence works and general pavement in driveways and carparks, including construction of gate house, storm water drainage and vegetation works.
"Electro-mechanical works"
The Electro-mechanical works includes the installation of 1000KVA, 11KV/0.415KV transformer, Air condtioning and ventilation system, 16Nos Elevator system, general lighting fixtures, distribution boars, compact distribution substation, installation of standby power supply sytem etc ز
"specialized works"
This include internal fire fighting system, fire alarm system, external diesel fuel system, fabricated fuel storage & supply system."
