Basic Project Data
The project is construction of a Ahiajoku Convention Centre ( Multi – Purpose Building) approximately 7,230 m2 Gross Floor Area at the New Government House complex, Owerri, The Roof is steel trusses covered with Aluminum Sheet bent in The factory to Scmi – Circled Shape
The Structure is a single framed reinforced Building with sand Crete block works in filled in the substructure
The external and internal walls are of Block work rendered and painted with quality paints part of the external wall is made of curtain walls the floors are finished in granite Marble and non – slip Ceramic floor finish
The Ahiajoku Convention Centre Building has gallery with stainless steel railings round the Bowl
The windows are of Projected Aluminum and Fabricated Steel widows
The doors are Purpose made quality wooden. Aluminum and fabricated steel doors with special ironmongery
The Ceiling finishes are Suspended Accoustic, Aluminum and Metal Ceiling to manufacturer’s specifications
External works comprises laterite or granule materials, pavings precast concrete tiles Asphalts, Kerbs, interlocking stones, waste and soil drainages
