The complex is master-piece in the capital of Algeria. An administrative building for Ministry of Finances of 11 storey, 35m high on an area of 85000m² including 1800 offices, a conférence hall to accomodate 470 persons, all the necessary utilities such central air conditionning, fire alarm, fire fighting system and complete security and control system, garage for 175 cars, parking area for 125 cars. The project includes also construction of servicesbuilding with total area 6 000m².
Our scope of work included the construction of the skeleton as well as the finishing, electromechanical works, HVAC, etc.
