The project includes the construction, execution and maintenance of 509 houses on the modern style in East Taimaa in El Jahraa Governorate with a total cost 47.2 million KWD. It is serving 4500 persons and built upon 373000 m2; the project execution period is 30 months.
The project scope of work includes road works, infrastructure networks, car parks, public buildings, a mosque and a house for the Imam, number of shops and 9 power stations.
The total area of each house is 300 m2 and the total area of the building is 425 m2 which include 2 floors. The ground floor has a diwaniya, a reception, dining and serving rooms and 4 bathrooms. The first floor has 4 bed rooms, a living room and 4 bathrooms.
