Eng. Mohsen Salah – Chairman and CEO of the Arab Contractors Company visited East Taimaa Project which executed by the AC company in Kuwait. The project is the construction,execution and maintenance of 509 houses on the modern style in East Taimaa in El Jahraa Governorate with a total cost 47.2 million KWD. It is serving 4500persons and built upon 373000m2; the project execution period is 30 months. Eng. Mohsen pointed out that the implementation rate reached about 21% while the percentage in the approved program reached about 9%. He praised the achievements and demanded that this performance has to be continued until the completion of the project. Eng. Mohsen was accompanied by Eng. Reda Rabiaa – the Deputy Member and Chairman of the Kuwaiti Arab Contractors, Eng. Hossam Fayed – Head of Sector supervising Asia Sector, Eng. Awny Tawfic – Manager of Kuwait Branch,Eng. Bader Al Zaidi – the Project Manager from the Public Authority for Housing Welfare, Eng. Mohammed Omar – the Project Manager, Eng. Amir Naguib – the Manager of Technical Affairs, Eng. Ahmed El Halfawy – Deputy Project Manager, Eng.Sherif Kamal – the Construction Manager and Mr. Ashraf Samir – Manager of Human Resources. The project scope of work includes road works, infrastructure networks, car parks, public buildings, a mosque and a house for the Imam, a number of shops and 9 power stations. The total area of each house is 300m2 and the total area of the building is 425m2 which include 2 floors. The ground floor has a diwaniya, a reception, dining and serving rooms and 4 bathrooms. The first floor has 4 bed rooms, a living room and 4 bathrooms.
