The project is a fishing port that includes many elements that provide all the requirements for fishing operations from the beginning to the end, starting from preparing the ships with all their requirements to go out for the fishing process until the completion of selling the fish to the consumer, whether wholesale or retail.

The fishing port consists of a berth of sheet piles with a quantity of 3,750 tons, a main road in front of the berth with a width of 30 m, service buildings, wholesale and retail sales halls, an ice factory, a mosque, a thread factory, a café, and a sewage treatment plant, a power station, fuel depots and a water tank.
The port also contains a workshop for repairing fishing boats, consisting of a reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 1.00 m and a surface of 4,000 m2, resting on marine piling 15,500 m.
Dredging of the Nile bed was carried out after the completion of the construction of the berth and buildings to reach a level of (-5.00 m) with an amount estimated at approximately 700 thousand m3.

1- The customs security building, including services, with an area of ??115 square meters.
2- Nets factory with a 450 square metres area.
3- Administrative, customs, ambulance, and port security facilities with an area of ??950 square meters.
4- An ice factory with an area of ??1006 square metres.
5- Ice complex with a surface area of ??405 square metres.
6- The power station, generators and transformers, with an area of ??270 square meters.
7- Cold storage warehouses with a surface area of ??675 square meters.
8- Fire extinguishing pumps of 121 square metres, in addition to a special tank of 100 m3.
9- A wholesale facility with an area of ??675 square meters.
10- A retail facility with an area of ??860 square meters.
11- A facility sold by auction with a 700-meter flat area.
12- Heavy equipment store with a surface area of ??450 square meters.
13- Engineering management and workshops for repairing boats with a surface area of ??350 meters flat.
14- Warehouses with a surface area of ??225 square meters.
15- Boat painting workshop with a 900-meter flat surface.
16- A rest area for workers, including an office, bathrooms, and locker rooms, with an area of ??225 square meters.
17- Purification station with an area of ??193 square meters.
18- Lifting station with a surface of 105 meters flat.
