Construction of a secondary school for girls in Al-Qarayen - Sharjah (first stage) Sharjah, United Arab of Emirates
Construction the school main building, the service buildings and foundation works with area about 10,000 m2 .
The school consists of ground floor, first floor, a roof, and (27) classrooms. Civil works , internal and external finishes include: construction and equipping of (3) complete laboratories with all laboratory equipment and furniture - a library with all furniture and equipment - a prayer hall for students – steel skelton works for the service buildings - Fabric Shed works to cover the school yard with area of about 1200 m 2 - Installation of (2) Skylights. - execution of the external school fence of the with length of about 700 m.L and includes (4) automatic iron gates –gymnasium hall including steel works to cover the ceiling of the hall, in addition to constructing 3 rows of the amphitheater with a capacity of 500 people, equipping the music hall and insulating works for walls, agriculture works and green areas in the site, and all the doors are fire-resistant .landscaping works: including execution of interlocking works and kerbstones for pedestrian sidewalks, road planning and car parking . Electrical works: (2) transformers with a capacity of 1500 KVA and there is a backup generator with a capacity of 340 KVA. The building is divided from the inside into four sections A, B, C, D, and each section has its own electrical room - There is one (1) elevator with a capacity of 10 people - Execution of light current works. Mechanical and sanitary works: - including central air-conditioning and ventilation - There is a system for Fire resistance - water pumps and a ground water tank with a capacity of 48000 gallons and (2) elevated tanks with a capacity of 1650 per person.
