The project involves refurbishment and upgrading of the existing six-storey building, each floor with an approximate area of 1,200 m², including structural rehabilitation and construction of a new seventh floor. The works also include construction of a multi-level car parking facility comprising five levels, each with an area of approximately 1,000 m², accommodating about 100 vehicles.
The lower floors are redesigned for retail use, while the upper floors are upgraded for modern office space. The scope further includes provision of three new lifts, reactivation of existing lifts, installation of a 500 kVA standby generator, and installation of firefighting and fire alarm systems.
