The use of airbags is an innovative engineering solution that ensures the highest standards of safety and quality when lifting these units, reflecting the advanced capabilities of national cadres in the field of marine and river structures. This achievement comes under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport, represented by the River Transport Authority (RTA), and represents a pioneering step in the field of floating hotel maintenance on the lake, which will reflect on the revitalization of river tourism in Egypt. It is worth noting that Omar El Khayyam floating hotel weighs 3,200 tons, with a length of 115 m, a width of 16.2 m, and a height of 16 m.
