Arab Contractors participates in establishing a concrete industries company in Oman

In the context of strengthening the presence of the Arab Contractors Company in the Sultanate of Oman, the company signed a contract to establish a new company, “Global Precast Concrete Industries,” in partnership with Al Abrar Real Estate Company, owned by the Al Siyabi International Group to produce and sell precast concrete products. The contract was signed by Eng. Ahmed El Assar – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, and Eng. Salem Bin Ali Al Siyabi - Chairman of Al Siyabi International Group, in the presence of Eng. Ibrahim Bin Salem Al Siyabi – Board Member of the Group (authorized to represent the Omani side in the new company), Eng. Nasser Bin Salem Al Siyabi, Board Member, Eng. Amr Bin Salem Al Siyabi – Board Member, Eng. Heba Abou Al Ela – Board Member of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Hossam Fayed - Regional Manager of the Company in the Gulf and Supervisor of the Company’s Projects in Oman, Eng. Mohamed Zuhairi - Manager of the Company’s Branch in Oman, Eng. Gamal Abdel Azim, Eng. Essam Salem – Manager of Technical Affairs at Oman Branch, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab – HR Manager, and Mr. Mamdouh Al Laithi - Financial Manager of the Company. On the other hand, Global Precast Concrete Industries Company has contracted with Al Abrar Real Estate Company to supply precast concrete products for villas and residential buildings . Eng. Ahmed El Assar expressed his happiness at signing the establishment contract of the new company, welcoming the cooperation with Al Abrar Real Estate Company (the real estate developer of Al Wafa neighborhood for 1,644 residential units) in Sultan Haitham City, one of the most important construction projects implemented in Oman, based on the vision of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarek for the future of smart cities, which began in Sultan Haitham City on an area of 14.8 million m2 and includes about 20,000 residential units distributed over 19 integrated neighborhoods, with various services and facilities, as well as Al Khuwair Downtown Project, while preserving the distinguished architectural style of Oman.
