The international magazine (MEED) announced the results of the annual competition, during a grand celebration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, during which the Arab Contractors Company won two awards, at the level of the Middle East and North Africa, where the Rehabilitation of Damietta Archaeological Bridge, which was implemented by the company, won the Small Project of the Year Award, and King’s College in Qatar won the Highly Commended Educational Project of the Year Award. The two awards were received by Eng. Ahmed El Adalany – Board Member of the Arab Contractors, who pointed out that the company had also received 6 other awards for a number of projects at the national level, namely Restoration of Revolutionary Command Council Museum as the Cultural Project of the Year, affiliated with the Ministry of Culture, Cairo Metro Line 3: Phases 3B & 3C in the category of Transportation Project of the Year, affiliated with the Ministry of Transportation, Extension of East Alexandria Wastewater Treatment Plant as the Treatment Project of the Year, affiliated with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Rehabilitation of Damietta Archaeological Bridge in the category of Small Projects, British King's College, Doha - Qatar as the Educational Project of the Year, and the Infrastructure Project for Rusayl Industrial City Expansion in Oman in the category of Industrial Project of the Year. The celebration was attended by Eng. Mohamed Zoheiry – Manager of Oman Branch, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab - Manager of Human Resources at the Branch, Dr. Abdel Aziz Ahmed – Manager of Cairo Metro Line 3 – Phase 3, Eng. Yassin Ahmed Ramadan – Manager of Technical Affairs at the Arab Contractors in Dubai, and Mr. Osama Gaweesh – the Financial Manager.
