Eng. Ahmed El Assar – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, received Mr. Bruno Nabagne Kone - Cote d'Ivoire's Minister of Construction, who is visiting Egypt on the occasion of the 12th session of the World Urban Forum “WUF12” in Cairo. The meeting included welcoming the Ivorian guest and reviewing aspects of cooperation and available opportunities in the field of development and service projects in Cote d'Ivoire. The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of Côte d'Ivoire to Cairo, Eng. Ahmed El Adalany, Eng. Heba Abu Al Ela – AC Board Members, and Eng. Amani Khodeir - Head of Africa Projects Follow-up Sector. The Ivorian Minister expressed his appreciation for the Arab Contractors Company and the quality of its projects and pointed out the projects it had previously implemented in Côte d'Ivoire. Eng. Ahmed El Assar pointed out that the company, in the context of its keenness to expand abroad, has recently signed a contract to implement 6 wastewater treatment plants in 6 cities in Cote d'Ivoire, and seeks to implement more projects to serve the Ivorian brothers in light of the trust it enjoys in the African continent and the necessity of contributing to spread development and transferring the successful Egyptian urban experience in all the African countries, which has become a source of admiration and countries desire to transfer it.
