Eng. Sherif El Sherbiny - Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held an expanded meeting to follow up on the progress of the drinking water and wastewater utilities projects and the coastal towers in New El Alamein City, which are being implemented by the Arab Contractors Company. This was in the presence of Dr. Sayed Ismail - Deputy Minister of Housing for Infrastructure Affairs, and officials from the Ministry, the Utilities Sector, and the New Urban Communities Authority. The meeting was attended by Eng. Ahmed El Assar – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Hassan Mustafa – AC Vice Chairman, Eng. Osama Shawkat and Eng. Sayed Hassan – AC Executive Board Members; and Eng. Rami Moukhtar – Manager of North Delta Branch. The Minister of Housing directed the officials of the Arab Contractors Company to increase the implementation rates to accomplish the finishing work of the coastal towers in New El Alamein City, and to coordinate with the National Authority of Potable Water and Sewage to quickly complete the utility projects with high implementation rates, operate them and put them into service, and push the work rates in all projects that the company is implementing across the country. Eng. Sherif El Sherbiny stressed that the Ministry of Housing provides all support to the Arab Contractors Company and all national contracting companies to push development rates, continue the urban renaissance process, and expand the implementation of projects for the benefit of our brothers in the Arab and African countries.
