Eng. Belqassem Khalifa Haftar – General Director of the Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund , Eng. Ahmed El Assar – Chairman & CEO of the Arab Contractors Company, and Eng. Hassan Mustafa - Vice Chairman of the company, signed a number of contracts for new projects planned to be implemented in the cities of Tobruk, Al-Bayda, and Al-Makhili, within the framework of achieving the strategic vision related to the development and growth of all Libyan cities and regions. The signing was attended by Eng. Anas Al Sagheer - Head of the Sector Supervising the Arab Contractors Company Branch in Libya, and Eng. Ahmed Abdel Hamid - Manager of the Company’s Branch in Libya. During the signing ceremony, Eng. Belqassem Haftar praised the cooperation with the Arab Contractors Company and its implementation of many projects that facilitate the movement of citizens and goods, and enhance economic development. Eng. Ahmed Al-Assar thanked Eng. Belqassem Haftar for his confidence in the company, pointing out that the Arab Contractors will exert its best effort in implementing projects in Libya, according to the highest standards and adhering to the time schedule. The contracts include the implementation of the Al-Ghariqa dual Road with a length of 4 km long; Al-Makhili Road 1.8 km long; Emssaud Island Bridge in Tobruk 600 m long, and 600 m long Road Bridge project for Tobruk Medical Center. It is worth noting that the Arab Contractors Company is implementing many projects in Libya within the framework of reconstruction for Derna and affected areas and improving the efficiency of roads.
