The Arab Contractors Company received a high-level delegation from Azerbaijan to discuss potential cooperation and investment opportunities. The Azerbaijani delegation was headed by Dr. Elkhan Polukhov - Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Arab Republic of Egypt. The delegation included representatives of prominent Azerbaijani entities, including Alat Free Economic Zone Authority (AFEZA), the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO), the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, and various Azerbaijani companies. The delegation was received by Eng. Ayman Attia – Board Member of the Arab Contractors Company, who in turn confirmed that the Arab Contractors Company, headed by Eng. Ahmed El Assar – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, pays great consideration and importance to such meetings in strengthening relations and identifying cooperation opportunities. Discussions focused on exploring joint project opportunities, including feasibility studies for potential projects in Azerbaijan and Egypt. During the meeting, there was a common interest in industrial projects, digital infrastructure, transportation, and energy, with the aim of enhancing economic cooperation between the two countries. Both sides expressed their optimism about future partnerships, stressing the need to begin practical steps to develop these initiatives. The meeting was attended by representatives from various departments of the company and representatives from the Ministry of International Cooperation and the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones.
