The Arab Contractors Company, headed by Eng. Ahmed El Assar – CEO and Chairman, signed an expanded cooperation protocol with the Egyptian-African Businessmen Association "EABA" headed by Dr. Yousry El-Sharqawi, Chairman of the EABA. The protocol was signed at the headquarters of the Arab Contractors Company. The contract signing ceremony was attended by Eng. Hossam El Din El Rifi – Senior Vice-Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, and Eng. Ahmed El Adalany – Board Member, who signed on behalf of the CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company. The ceremony was also attended by leaders of the business development sector of the Arab Contractors Company, leaders of the association, members of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian African Businessmen Association, and heads of committees. At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Yousry El-Sharqawi praised the serious steps taken by the Arab Contractors Company, part of which we saw in the relentless strategic direction towards focusing on working in the African depth in all sectors with the utmost strength on which the main contracting sector works, and we felt that from the Egyptian Prime Minister’s directions to the company's leaders in their new mission. El-Sharqawi expressed his appreciation, respect and pride for him and every Egyptian for the history of the Arab Contractors Company, which we find in every inch of the continent, achievements that we need to multiply by joining our efforts together in the next serious stage, and we are more honored by the membership of the Arab Contractors in the association as we work to expand partnerships in the trading sector, sports investment, and health tourism are all ingredients that sectors within the Arab Contractors also possess, and able to cooperate with professionalism and good goals.
Eng. Hossam El Din El Rifi – Senior Vice-Chairman of the Arab Contractors Co., welcomed the Egyptian-African Businessmen Association and expressed his gratitude for the role played by the association and its steady steps in the continent. He hopes that this cooperation will come out with a clear strategy, initiatives, and activities that can be implemented immediately. The Board of the Arab Contractors will overcome all difficulties and challenges for the success of the joint work so that we all benefit from the concerted efforts of the Egyptian entities and that the belief in the role of civil society integration with the private sector is the next direction for effective economic movements. The meeting included the signing ceremony of the protocol, which was signed by Dr. Yousry El-Sharqawi, Chairman of the Egyptian-African Businessmen Association "EABA", and Eng. Ahmed El Adalany – Board member, on behalf of Eng. Ahmed El Assar – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company.
The terms of the cooperation agreement included many points, the most important is coordination of work and unification of joint effort between the offices of the Arab contractors in the continent and the representatives of the association in the continent, as well as the development of new programs and initiatives that will expand the export of building materials and complementary sectors to African markets through new and modern mechanisms and systems, the details of which will be announced soon after the adoption of the strategic plan for joint action between the two sides, as well as cooperation in all business sectors and various economic and investment activities in addition to building and construction sector, as well as cooperation in the exchange of information and databases that serve to intensify activity in the continent and provide real opportunities for the Arab Contractors Company, including communication with private investment funds in the continent and all funding bodies supporting work, expansion and investment in the continent and linking them to the projects that the Arab contractors will move to implement. The agreement also included coordinating and unifying efforts in the marketing and promotion file and the required activities, tools, content, and marketing materials that would contribute to achieving optimal results.
