Eng. Sayed Farouk – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company was in a tour for the development of Sharm El Sheikh International Airport which is one of the most important projects implemented by the company in Sharm El Sheikh. The Chairman was reported about all the details of the ongoing works; he demanded that the work should continue on progress due to the great importance of the project. Eng. Sayed Farouk was accompanied by Eng. Samir Saad Allah – Head of Sectors supervising Canal and Sinai Sector, Eng. Ahmed Gamea –Manager of Sinai Branch which carried out the work and Eng. Hossam Zakaria – Manager of Sharm El Sheikh Projects.
It should be noted that the development project of passenger terminal No. 2 at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport has a contractual value of 450 million LE. The project includes civil, construction and architectural works for the expansion of the terminal and the addition of 6 areas to the existing terminal with a total area 12,000 m2. Besides, the development works includes the electrical works, light current work, acoustics, central conditioning, the network of the firefighting, alarming and sanitary works for the new areas, the development of the existing toilets and of the rainwater drainage network.
