Mr. Alexis Gisaro - Minister of State in charge of Infrastructure and Public Works (ITP) of the Democratic Republic of Congo received Eng. Khaled Abbas - Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects and Eng. Sayed Farouk - CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, in the presence of the Egyptian Ambassador to Congo Hamdi Shaaban, and Eng. Ibrahim Mabrouk – AC Board Member. During the meeting Eng. Khaled Abbas invited the Congolese Minister to visit Egypt and acknowledge the Egyptian experience in the field of development and major national projects. He referred to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s directives to provide full support and transfer expertise to African brothers and transfer the Egyptian experience in the field of development.
The Congolese Minister expressed his thanks and readiness to respond to the invitation soon, praising the relations between the two countries. He stressed that the performance of the Arab Contractors Company in Congo is respected at all levels due to its great quality and commitment to standard specifications.
Eng. Sayed Farouk – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company explained that a number of projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo are under study, stressing the company’s readiness to compete in order to win more projects and transfer expertise to the State of Congo, which is one of the goals adopted by the company in the African markets.
This was in the presence of Mr. Emad Ebeid –Supervisor of the Financial Sector for Africa Sector and Eng. Hassan Hassoun – Managing Director of The Arab Contractors RDC and highly officials of the Infrastructure and Public Works Ministry.
