Eng. Sayed Farouk – Chairman & CEO of the Arab Contractors Company, announced that the company awarded the project of road construction in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) with a total length of 150 km. It includes the construction of 3 bridges with varied lengths for road intersections, 33 industrial works for rain drainage and road protection.
The Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company added that the road links the provinces of Kamuisha and Kanga. The project total cost reached 110 million euros, financed by the European Development Fund.
Eng. Sayed Farouk declared that the company had recently started the construction and furnishing of the Congolese Ministry of National Defense’s building in Kinshasa, which the company has been awarded through a tender. It consists of 5 floors.
Eng. Sayed Farouk concluded that the Arab Contractors in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) gained the confidence of the clients as a result of the quality of the implemented works and the commitment to the delivery dates. He pointed out that the company is currently finalizing the construction project of Batchamba-Lwangi Road, a number of internal roads in Kinshasa and the development of the network and water station in Uvira.
