Dr. Assem El Gazzar – Minister of Housing, Utilities an Urban Communities laid down the foundation stone for the Down Town towers in New Alamein City, which will be constructed by the Chinese CSCEC company as the central business area in the New Administrative Capital.
On the sidelines of the laying foundation stone ceremony, Dr. Assem El Gazzar inspected the North Edge Towers that the Arab Contractors Company is carrying out 3 towers of them. He was received by Eng. Emam Afify – Vice Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Hossam El Din El Reefy – Board Member, Eng. Mofida Allam – Road Consultant of the AC, Eng. Yasser Hamouda – Project Managing Director, Eng. Alaa Shalaby – Head of Alexandria Sector and Eng. Yousry Abdel Razek – Manager of Alexandria Branch. It is a noteworthy that the project includes 3 towers with 162m height.
Each tower consists of a basement, a ground floor, mezzanine, first floor and 38 typical floors. The 3 towers are connected by the podium which consists of 4 floors. The Minister and his companions witnessed the opening of the bough of bridge no. 1 on the seaside that the water will reach to the lake directly as part of the boughs’ bridges which is carried out by the company.
