Eng. Sayed Farook – CEO and President of the Arab Contractors Company inspected the works of the Central Park in the New Administrative Capital (First Phase). He was accompanied by Eng. Emam Afify – Vice Chairman, Eng. Samir Saad Allah – Member of the Executive Board, Eng. Hesham El Sebaay – Assistant of the Board Member, Eng. Sameh El Sayed – Project Manager, Eng. Hossam El Nozhy – Head of Assiut and North Upper Egypt Sector, Eng. El Sayed Farid – Manager of Internal Roads Department and Eng. Saher Mohamed Yehia – Manager of Ismailia Shipyard.
It is noteworthy that the area which is carrying out by the Arab Contractors in the Central Park is 136 feddans. The project works include: cutting works about 1.8 million m3, filling 300000m3, leveling works, roads, main and sub networks for utilities, construction and cultivation works.
The Central Park will represent the Egyptian civilization after its accomplishment; it will be the link between a series of smart urban neighborhoods which distinguished by the flexibility and time-up. Besides, it is one of the distinguished parks in the Middle East and worldwide.
The park will be more than 10 km long, with an area of 1,000 feddans; therefore it is one of the world’s largest parks. The Central Park is divided from east to west into three planning sectors, each of which contains a park with a different focus. It includes Islamic garden, indoor garden, social club, integrated health club, lakes and restaurants, artistic works garden, heritage park, entertainment games zone, festivities and open theater, open library with reading gardens, central courtyard and restaurants area and sports and leisure club.
