Eng. Mohsen Salah – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company inspects the projects of New Alamein City. He was accompanied by Eng. Emam Afify – the Vice President of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Hossam El Din El Reefy – AC Board Member, Eng. Mofida Allam – the Roads Consultant in the AC and Supervisor of the Laboratory Sector, Eng. Khaled Eissa – Head of Sectors, Eng. Ahmed Abdel Qader – Head of Alexandria Sector, Eng. Yasser Hamouda – the Project Managing Director, Eng. Ahmed Eissa – Head of Manufacturing Sector, Eng. Ayman Attia –Manager of Alexandria Branch, Eng. Mohammed El Shehaby and Eng. Yousry Abdel Razek - the Deputy Managers of Alexandria Branch. The Chairman listened to an explanation for the executive status of the ongoing projects.
Then he made an inspection visit to follow up the works started with the residential towers area, where the company is implementing 3 towers. The implementation in the eastern tower reached 34 floors, the western tower 33 floors and the middle tower 30 floors. He inspected the podium works, its deep foundations were completed; the bases and the concrete structures and structures are under construction. Then, he visited the bridges which liking with the straits. The eastern side was poured and the western side pouring is ongoing. Regarding the lakes lining, the dredging works was completed by reaching 51000m3 and the total percentage for the project reached 75%.
Besides, he toured the residential compound, its concrete works reached 90%, it is consisting of 8 buildings includes the ground and 7 typical floors. Concerning the utilities works: the civil works of the pumping stations no. 2, 4, 5, and 6 is ongoing. In addition to these, the project includes 101 transformers chambers; the civil works of the electromechanical works has reached 90%. Eng. Mohsen Salah concluded his tour by visiting the bridges of the intersection of Wadi El Natroun/ Alamein Road and the railway bridge. The pouring of the precast beams reached 75%, the installation of 50% the beams in Wadi El Natroun bridge and the pouring of the beams in railway bridge reached 70%.
