Eng. Mohsen Salah – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company during the 1st session of "Egypt Can by Investment, Development" entitled "Egyptian abroad and Africa Development" stated that the Arab Contractors Company is a partner in all the national projects in the Egyptian market; he emphasized that all international companies are now looking to the Egyptian market. There are many national projects which implemented by the Arab Contractors Company partnership with international companies. He said: "We owned the TBM which used in Suez Canal; we implement it by the hands of the Egyptian youth".
The Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company pointed out that nowadays Egypt's image has been changed in relation to the government discipline to prepare Egypt from the aspects of power and infrastructure. It has become a promising market and attractive for investment.
He declared that the Arab Contractors Company existing in the Black Continent 25 years ago and currently exists in 23 African countries; it was able to transfer its experience to the African countries in the fields of infrastructure and other various fields.
He said: "we have a good fame regarding the implementation accuracy and quality in addition to the marketing for the engineer and the contracting sector in Africa; nowadays we are carrying out "Julius Nyerere" Dam on Rufiji River in Tanzania which is considered one of the biggest dams in Africa.
By the end of the session, Eng. Mohsen Salah called the Egyptian contracting companies and banks to go ahead and strongly in Africa; he confirmed that the Egyptian contracting companies and banks which will exist in the African market will succeed.
It is noteworthy that the conference of "Egypt Can by Investment, Development" is under the auspicious of President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El Sisi. The conference organized by the Ministry of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs in cooperation with the Ministry of Planning, Monitoring and Administrative Reform (MPMAR). This was in the presence of number of ministers; the participants in this session were Eng. Hamed Sherief - Experts in the Development of the Private Sector Strategies in South Africa, Mr. Alaa Sabra – CEO and Deputy Member of one of the tobacco companies in South Africa, Mr. Omar Shehata – Consultant of the Minister of Telecommunication, Science and Technology in Lesotho; the session was managed by the prominent announcer Asmaa Qandeel. The session was attended by Eng. Ibrahim Mabrouk – Head of Africa Sector and Eng. Amany Khodeir – Head of Follow Up Department for Africa Projects.
