Dr. Assem El Gazar – the Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Major General Mahmoud El Shaarawy – the Minister of Local Development, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi – the Minister of Youth and Sport, Major General Ahmed Ibrahim – Aswan Governor were inspecting the development worksand upgrading of Airport road to El Masala Square which executed by the Arab Contractors Company represented by Upper Egypt Department as a preparation for Arab and African Youth Platform which will be hosted in Aswan on 16 March 2019.The project works on a surface of 55000m of the paving layers starting from the gate of Aswan Airport till El Masala Square in Abou Simbl road, in addition to El Ezzba access road to Kima Waste Water Treatment Plant. The scope of works includes the paving, pouring of concrete barriers, repair of pitching works,waste removal, leveling and other development works. These works will be accomplished within days before the Arab and African Youth Platform. The delegation inspected the residency of the conference that South Valley Branch and Maasara Shipyard are equipping anchors for the guests, after having the bantons from the Engineering Authority and qualifying a third anchor for the mooring of the equipment. They were accompanied by Major General Mahmoud Nassar – the Head of the Central Agency for Reconstruction,Eng. Ashraf Zakaria – the Vice Chairman of the National Authority for Water and Waste Water. Then, Dr. Assem El Gazar visited Kima Waste Water Treatment Plant, the utilities and the retaining wall for the area of the river line in the 600000 feddans, the project of the traffic building which carried out by theSouth Valley Branch. They were welcomed by Eng. Samir Saad Allah – Member ofthe Executive Board of the AC, Eng. Sayed El Ansary – the Head of South Valley and Red Sea Branches, Eng. Yasser Bahnasy and Eng. Ahmed Hassan – the Deputy Branch Managers, Eng. Youssef Helmy – the Head of the Executive Agency for the National Authority for Waste Water in Aswan and a number of the works of the branch.
