Mr. Hossam El Din Imam – Vice Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company visited Maasara Shipyard to discuss the actual and target business plan for the department and follow up its needs from the manufacturing materials to meet the requirements of the branches and departments working in the national projects. Mr. Hossam focused on being committed to the instructions of the safety and occupational health. He stressed on the importance of the training courses especially for the fresh graduate engineers and continued cooperation with the company's training institute to get familiar with the state of the art in the field. He emphasized on the necessity of the self-training for the engineers, technicians and workers inside the specialized workshops in the department aiming at transferring the experiences directly and accurately for all the specialization. Finally, the Vice Chairman inspected the manufacturing works of the motorboat of the Arab Contractors Rowing Club. This was in the presence of Eng. Khaled Eissa – Member of the Executive Board and supervising the Manufacturing Sector, Eng. Tarek Khedr – Head of Construction and Specialized Works Sector, Eng. Osama El Dessouki – Manager of Massara Shipyard Department, Mr. Moussa Ali Moussa – Manager of the Human Resources Department, Gen. Mohamed El Sadeq – Head of Security Sector and Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Gawad – Head of the Human Resources Sector of the Manufacturing Sector. It is a noteworthy that Massara Shipyard Department is training the students practically on the manufacturing works inside the department's workshops and on the manufacturing of the reverie units; this comes within the protocols between the AC and the Military Technical College (MTC) & the Faculty of Engineering - Alexandria University.
