H.H. President Abdel Fattah El Sisi toured the projects of Al Jalala Mountain. The Arab Contractors Company is executing Al Jalala Touristic Resort which has a unique location overlooking the Red Sea; the works is under the supervision of the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces. President El Sisi praised the quality of works and the exerted efforts by the workers and stated that the project is executed according to the international standard and the defined time schedule. Eng. Mohsen Salah – AC Chairman & CEO declared that the hotel is built upon 9150m2, a ground floor, a basement, 4 typical floors, 266 rooms, 24 suites, 4 restaurants, multi-use hall and 15 public areas for multiple uses. Besides, the project includes the construction of a swimming pool on 400m, a dancing fountain in the front of the hotel and parking areas which accommodates 400 cars. In addition to these, the project comprising the construction of 26 villas, (13 blocks) ground floor 300m2; 72 chalets (3 blocks – 24 chalets/block) ground floor and Second floor built upon 1180 m2; 48 chalets (12 blocks – 4 chalets/block) ground floor and First floor 433 m2. It is a noteworthy that the touristic resort is at the top of Al Jalala roadway which connecting between Al Ain Al Sokhna and Al Zaafrana and overlooking Suez Gulf in Ras Abou El Dorg with total length 17 km; there is ongoing construction works of a tourist resort upon 1000 feddans and could be increase than that. The construction process is according to the international environmental standards to have an Environment-Friendly town. Besides the construction of 2 swimming pool for adult and children; services building built upon 400m (for the central air conditioning) consisting of a basement, a ground floors and First floor.
