The Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities insect the samples of the finishing for the First part of New Mansoura City, "Egypt Housing" project and the utilities and infrastructure in the city; in addition to a various projects  which will be carried out within the First Phase. On the beginning, the Minister toured the executed parts of the project which includes the touristic passage on the Corniche as part of the First Phase with a total length 150m? of a total length 4km which is including the sustaining walls, the ladders, the passage, the running lane, the bicycle path, the cafeteria, the pergolas and electrical works. Dr. Moustafa Madbouli – the Minister of Housing toured the project of "Dar Misr Housing" in New Mansoura City where the Arab Contractors Company currently executing the concrete works for 52 buildings, the infrastructure and utilities for the city which includes the networks for the roads, water, wastewater, electricity, irrigation and drainage on 1000 feddans in addition to the buildings of the National University.

Dr. Moustafa Madbouli pointed out that New Mansoura City uses the Delta region as a whole which is a high density population area. The city has a Corniche extends for 15m which will not be less than the Corniche of the New Alameen City, a logistic industrial area at the south which will provide job opportunities, entertainment areas and a group of coastal residential towers.
