It is worth mentioning that the project is under the supervision of the Engineering Authority for the Armed Forces and includes a 5 stars hotel which is overlooking the Red Sea with a total area 9150 m?, a ground floor, a basement, 4 typical floors, 266 rooms, 24 suites, 4 restaurants, multi-use hall and 15 public areas for multiple uses. Besides, the project includes the construction of a swimming pool upon 400m, a dancing fountain and parking areas which accommodates 400 cars. In addition to these, the project comprising the construction of 13 villas built (300m for each villa) each villa contains 2 chalets in addition to the construction of 144 chalets with varied areas from 160m to 210m. Inside the region there are 2 swimming pools for adult and children; services building built upon 400m containing a basement, a ground floors and a First floor.
