Execution Supervision

• Supervising all works according to the approved specifications and drawing.
• Reviewing the inventory of work items and reviewing and approving the inventory books submitted by the contractor.
• Suggesting appropriate solutions to overcome any problems that hinder the implementation of the project.
• Approving the extracts for the implementing agencies and submitting them to the project manager according to the work progress rates according to the time schedule.
• Monitoring the supplies to ensure that they are consistent with the approved samples - and conducting periodic tests for them according to the rates mentioned in the Egyptian code.
• Following up the time schedules for various projects.
