It prepares architectural designs and executive drawings for various types of buildings such as (residential buildings - investment and administrative buildings - tourist facilities and villages - industrial buildings - ... etc.) and prepares architectural drawings for all types of stations such as pumping stations, purification and drainage stations, etc. and the buildings attached to them.

Structural Design

It prepares all structural designs, executive and operational drawings for various types of facilities, in addition to structural review work for some external projects and the work of a Value Engineer for them if requested. The necessary designs are also prepared for the design work of metal facilities and bridge design work.

Methods & Strengthening of Structure

It conducts engineering and technical studies, construction and geotechnical solutions, in addition to implementation methods for facilities and projects of a special nature, including the following:

  • Preparing construction designs (concrete and metal) for non-traditional engineering projects in addition to preparing executive drawings.
  • Works related to historic buildings and buildings of a special nature, where technical reports are prepared to clarify the reasons for the deterioration of the facilities and the necessary recommendations for repair, reinforcement and rehabilitation. The recommendations include (non-traditional) construction solutions to reinforce the facility and restore it to its original state.
  • Preparing the appropriate implementation method for projects and various alternatives according to modern technologies that help to complete the work in the fastest time and reduce the cost. The department also prepares studies related to geotechnical engineering, including preparing the necessary designs and recommendations for shallow and deep foundations, retaining walls used to support the excavation section in the soil, in addition to how to analyze and rehabilitate slope collapses using modern methods.

Quantity Estimation

It carries out inventory work and prepares booklets of items, quantities, conditions and general and special specifications for all projects being worked on within the sector.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Specialized department in architectural and structural fields using BIM technology, which is applied through an intelligent 3D model made up of objects that contain attributes & a data base that help to:

  • Visualize the design, prepare construction schedules make instant shop drawings.
  • Perform automatic coordination for all the project, instant clash detection & easy correction..
  • Assist with construction & reduce time and cost.
