Eng. Ayman Attia - Governor of Qalyubia, inspected Sheblanga and Kafr Abo Zahra Wastewater Project, accompanied by Dr. Eman Rayan - Deputy Governor, members of the House of Representatives in the governorate, Eng. Moustafa Megahed - Chairman of Qalyubia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, Eng. Khaled Abdel Aziz - Chairman of the Construction Authority for Potable Water and Wastewater in Qalyubia, and Eng. Ali Abdel Aleem - Manager of East and Central Delta Branch of the Arab Contractors Company, which is implementing the works.
Eng. Osama El Imam - Deputy Manager of East and Central Delta Branch and Supervisor of Qalyubia Projects, explained that the project consists of 3 lifting stations, namely Kafr Abu Zahra Lifting Station, the main station, Sheblanga Lifting Station, and Sheblanga Sub-Lifting Station, in addition to 3 force mains with a total length of 3.7 km and gravity sewers that flow into 3 lifting stations with a total length of 35 km with varied diameters. He pointed out that the work has been completed and the lifting stations have been put into operation.
