Lieutenant General Kamel El Wazir – Minister of Transport inspected Adly Mansour interchange station which is considered a model for Multimodal Transport that it will include metro station, railway and LRT station. It is considered the first station on the route of the LRT which extends till the New Administrative Capital. He was accompanied by Major Gen. Dr. Assem Wali – Head of the National Authority for Tunnels, officials from the authority, Eng. Ahmed El Assar – Senior Vice Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Ibrahim Mabrouk – Board Member, Eng. Ahmed Shawki – JV Manager and Eng. Abdel Hay Badawi – Deputy Manager of Bridges and Specialized Structures.
It is noteworthy that the station will contribute to exchange the service for passengers from east Cairo and the cities of El Obour, El Shorouk, Badr, Al Mostaqbal, 10th of Ramadan and El Salam. Besides, the Minister of Transport inspected the different works implemented by the Arab Contractors Company, such as Suez Railway Station, LRT station, the works of the gate and the giant shed.
