Eng. Sayed Farook – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company inspected the company projects in LRT which is carried out under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport and the National Authority for Tunnels; it extends from Adly Mansour interchange station to the New Administrative Capital and linking with 10th Ramadan City. The tour includes New Heliopolis and Al Roubiki Stations. Eng. Sayed Farouk was accompanied by Eng. Ahmed Abbass – AC Board Members, Eng. Mohamed Lasheen – Manager of Cairo Branch which is carrying out New Heliopolis Station, Eng. Waleed Korany – Deputy Branch Manager and Eng. Entsar Mahmoud – Deputy Manager of Nasr City Branch which is carrying out Al Roubiki Station. During the tour Eng. Sayed Farouk followed up the finishing works in the stations.
It is noteworthy that New Heliopolis Station is the fifth station from the start of the LRT’s track at Adly Mansour, and serves the El Shorouk City. It is built upon 54,530m2, the structures area is 6330m2 and the buildings total area is 48200m2, as declared by Eng. Mohamed Fathy – Manager of New Heliopolis Station.
Al Roubiki Station is the seventh station from the start of the LRT’s track at Adly Mansour and serves Al Roubiki City. Its total area is 55374m2, the structures and buildings area is 6700m2.
The total area of the car parks, internal roads and green areas is 48674m2, as stated by Eng. Hassan Ghenia – Projects Manager and Eng. Ahmed Shehab – Project Manager.
