Eng. Sayed Farook – President and CEO of the Arab Contractors Company met with the Chadian Ambassador to Cairo Al Amin Dodo Abdullah Al Khattari at his office. The Chadian Ambassador congratulated Eng. Sayed Farook on his appointment as the company’s Chairman. This was in the presence of Eng. Ibrahim Mabrouk – AC Board Member, Mr. Emad Ebeid – the Financial Supervisor for Africa Sector and Eng. Amany Khodeir - Head of Sector & Head of Follow Up Department for Africa Projects. The Chadian Ambassador expressed his happiness for the strong presence of Arab contractors in the Chadian market. He praised the great works that the company has carried out since its presence in Chad. Besides, the ongoing projects of the Foreign Ministry Building which resembled one of N’Djamena’s landmarks, Alexandria University’s Branch in Chad and different roads projects.
The Chadian Ambassador referred to the bilateral relation between Egypt and Chad which is constantly evolving due to the great similarity and ties between the two peoples.
Eng. Sayed Farook welcomed the Chadian Ambassador and Dr. Fadl Gomaa - Commercial Counselor in the Embassy. Eng. Sayed declared that the policy of the AC based on the existence in the African Countries for development, he pointed out that the company considered the African Countries a strategic dimension for Egypt. Chad represents one of the important countries in the African Continent that seeks to increase its business volume.
On the other hand, Dr. Aliaa Burhan - Ambassador of Egypt to Mauritius congratulated Eng. Sayed Farook and praised the Arab Contractors Company and its honoring existence and distinguished contributions in the developmental project in the African countries. Besides, she will seek to open new business opportunities in the building and construction field for AC in Mauritius.
