Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli accompanied by Eng. Khaled Mahmoud – the Deputy of the Minister of Housing for the National Projects, Eng. Randa El Menshawy – the First Deputy of the Minister of Housing and the Supervisor of PM's Office, Eng. Abdel Motaleb Omara – Deputy of the Head of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Urban Development Affairs were in an inspecting visit to the projects of New Alamein City. The visit started by the meeting with the responsibles from the consulting office to explore the execution status of the projects. This was in the presence of Eng. Osama Abdel Ghany – the Head of New Alamein City Authority, Eng. Mohsen Salah – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Emam Afify – the Vice President of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Hossam El Din El Reefy – AC Board Member, Eng. Ahmed Abdel Qader – Head of Alexandria Sector, Eng. Ayman Attia – the Manager of Alexandria Branch, Eng. Ayman Sarhan, the Deputy Manager of Alexandria Branch and Eng. Yasser Hamouda – the Project Manager. The Prime Minister listened to a complete explanation for the status of projects being implemented at the coastal towers, recreation area, down town, the National University, the branch of Marine Academy of Science and Technology, the Heritage City, the Latin District and the industrial Zone in New Alamein City. It is a noteworthy that the Arab Contractors Company is continuing its works in New Alamein City. The AC implemented 3 trading floors and reached to the 5th typical floor in the eastern and western towers, besides it started the finishing works. The company was awarded the construction of 3 new towers, in addition to the implementation of 5 pedestrian tunnels to connect the towers with the touristic walkway. Currently, the soil investigation works is ongoing. The construction works of 2 bridges in the southern area has started; one of the bridges is above the railway, besides the ongoing foundation works for the intersection bridge of the road of El Natroun Valley. Regarding the Armed Forces Hotel, the remaining works is the pouring of 4 ceils to accomplish the hotel's building. The implementation rate of the lakes forming reached 80%, the bridge no. 1 was finished and the works of bridge no. 2 is ongoing (its implementation rate reached 40%).
