Eng. Mohsen Salah – Chairman and CEO of the Arab Contractors Company accompanied by Dr. Onsy El Beshouty in an inspection visit for East Taimaa Project in Kuwait. Eng. Mohsen praised the accomplishment rate which reached 10.67% while the percentage in the approved program is 4.8% which makes a difference of 6.59%. He thanked the workers of the project for their highly performance. This was in the presence of Eng. Reda Rabiaa – the Deputy Member and Chairman of the Kuwaiti Arab Contractors, Eng. Hossam Fayed – Head of Sector supervising Asia Sector and Eng. Awny Tawfic – Manager of Kuwait Branch. Eng. Awny stated that the project is serving 4500 persons and it is built upon 373000m2. It is including the construction, execution and maintenance of 509 houses on the modern style in East Taimaa in El Jahraa Governorate with a total cost 46 million KWD (=2,8 billion EGP). The project execution period is 30 months. The project includes governmental houses 300m2 for each one comprising a ground floor, First floor (200m). The project scope of work includes the construction of a mosque 1720m2, services buildings, parking areas, shops, internal roads 9km, infrastructure network with varied diameter 200mm – 1600mm, 9 sub-stations for electrical transformers. The project is surrounded by a green belt for 3 feddans. It is noteworthy that this project is a continuation of projects thread executed by the AC in Kuwait as: the Hospital of Sheikh Jaber al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabbah, the development of El Jahraa Road, the development of Al Nuwaiseeb Road with a total length 37km which considered one of the main pillars of the development plan of the road network to solve the traffic problem in Kuwait. They were accompanied by Eng. Mahmoud Tawkol – the Project Manager of El Jahraa Road, Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim – Head of Financial Affairs and logistics Sector, Mr. Mohammed ALy – Head of Financial Affairs and logistics Sector for the Kuwaiti Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Amir Naguib – Manager of the Technical Affairs of Kuwait Branch, Mr. Ashraf Samir – Manager of Human Resoures, Eng. Mohammed Omar – the Project Manager and the Construction Managers Eng. Bilal El Dessouki, Eng. Sherif Kamal and Eng. Hamdy Reda.
