It is studying the soil geotechnical specifications to solve the buildings problems. Besides; it is preparing the different designs for the deep foundation.
Buildings Rehabilitation:
It is providing the required execution methods and shop drawings for the buildings' rehabilitation (monuments and modern buildings), putting into consideration the safety and insurance of the building.
Buildings controlling systems:
The buildings is affected by the new buildings, excavation works, drainage, dynamic loads, soils changed mechanics, and other factors that require preparation and designing of controlling systems for these buildings through the following mechanisms:
- Preparing and designing of controlling methods.
- Executing the controlling works using the suitable apparatus
- Preparing the required observing and analytical tables
- Risks evaluation and data analysis
