Eng. Hassan Ibrahim has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of roads, bridges, tunnels, and project management.
Prior to assuming his current position, he held several leading positions as Executive Board Member of the Arab Contractors Company (2023 - January 2025), Manager of the Joint Ventures Department (2017 - present), Project Manager of Light Rail Transit (LRT) “New Capital / 10th Of Ramadan” for the Egyptian Consortium “the Arab Contractors/Hassan Allam / Petrojet / Concord” (2019 - 2023), besides supervising Cairo Metro Line 3 - Phase 3 (2016 - Present), Project Manager of Cairo Metro Line 3 - Phase 4B (2020 - Present), in addition to managing the technical and financial study for CML3 – Phase 4B (2015-2016). During his work at the Bridges and Specialized Structures Department, he served as the Technical Office Manager for Tahya Misr Cable-Stayed Bridge "Rod El Farag Axis" (2014-2015), Project Manager of Al Amiriya Wastewater Plant (2013-2014), Technical Office Manager (2012-2013), Technical Office Engineer (2010-2012), and Construction Engineer (2005-2010).
Eng. Hassan Ibrahim has many achievements due to his wide spectrum experience in various engineering fields, for example: leading several negotiations with the National Authority for Tunnels and the Ministry of Transport to sign contracts for many national projects, especially in the field of transportation, such as: the High Speed Rail “HSR”(Ain Sokhna - El Alamein - Marsa Matrouh), Cairo Metro Line 3 - Phase 4B, Cairo Metro Line 4 - Phase 1, as well as the project study and signing a memorandum of understanding “MoU” for Cairo Metro Line 3 - Phase 4C; in addition to winning several bids such as Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant and the Development and Modernization of Torra Workshop, as well as direct supervision of major projects such as the Cairo Metro Line 3- Phase 3, and Light Rail Transit (LRT) – (New Capital / 10th of Ramadan); in addition to follow up and implementation of projects such as Al Amiriya Wastewater Plant, Al Hawamdiya Bridge, Jawharat El Haras Al Gomhoury “the Jewel of the Republican Guard”, and the Restoration of the University Hospital (Alexandria Branch).
